How soon can you answer my question?
We respond to messages and emails in the order they are received. Most requests are responded to within 24 hours during our business hours.
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
If you would like to update your shipping address, please email us immediately at Info@viventimode.com with your name and order number. We will do our best to process your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been packed or shipped.
How long does the treatment last?
Our processing time is 1 to 2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary, but are typically 3-5 business days after order processing. A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has shipped.
Will my order be delivered in one package?
Depending on the size and contents of your order, it may be shipped in multiple packages. In this case, you will receive tracking information for each package.
What happens if an item is out of stock or on back order?
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you by email with an estimated restocking date. If restocking takes more than two weeks, we will refund you for the unavailable item(s).
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by receiving a damaged item. Please email us at Info@viventimode.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damaged product so we can assist you.
What if an item is missing or damaged from my order?
If you received a damaged item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at Info@viventimode.com . We will help you resolve the problem.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at Info@viventimode.com . Cancellation requests are only possible before the order is processed or shipped.
