What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags. To start a return, please contact us first so we can provide return authorisation and the correct return instructions.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item. In those cases, we cover reasonable return shipping costs.

UK delivery is estimated at 9–15 business days (handling + transit). Handling typically takes 1–3 business days, followed by 8–12 business days in transit. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

We use a range of carefully chosen materials, including PU (vegan) leather and other durable alternatives. The material is always stated clearly on each product page — and if a product is ever made from genuine leather, this will be explicitly mentioned in the product description and details.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@levarimode.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Where the issue is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund, and we’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs.
