What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns (£0). To start the process, please contact us for a Return Authorisation and specific instructions.

Do you have a physical store?
We do not have a physical store at this time. Lévari Mode is online-only at the moment.
How do I start a return?
Email info@levarimode.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorisation (RA) and instructions on where to send your parcel.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item. In those cases, we cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Do you ship worldwide?
No. We currently only ship to the United Kingdom.

When will I receive my order?
For our UK customers, the total estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days. This consists of a processing time of 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) and a transit time of 4–7 business days. Please note that orders placed after our daily cut-off time will be processed the following business day.

Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Tracking usually becomes active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

What materials do you use?
At Lévari Mode, we provide specific material information for every item in our collection. Our products are primarily made from:
- High-quality PU (vegan) leather: We select this material for its durability, soft texture, and consistent leather-like finish. It is easy to maintain and holds its shape well for daily use.
- Linings & Hardware: Most of our bags feature durable polyester or cotton internal linings and high-quality metal zippers and clasps.
We believe in complete transparency. You can find the exact material composition of each item under the 'Materials' or 'Specifications' section on the individual product page. If a specific product is ever made from genuine leather or other materials, this will be explicitly and clearly stated in the description.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@levarimode.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Where the issue is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund, and we’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs.

We offer a 24-hour cancellation window after an order is placed. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us immediately within this timeframe. Once our team has started processing the order after 24 hours, we may no longer be able to make adjustments, but we will always do our best to assist you.
